How much does it cost to attend HM17?
The cost to attend HM17 will vary depending on member level, the length of stay and educational choices. Please refer to the Hospital Medicine 2017 Registration Form for more information.

Groups of 25 or more registrants are eligible to receive a 10% discount on all course selections. If you are eligible and interested in receiving this discount, please include the name of your group as well as a group contact on your registration form. Upon the receipt of your information, SHM will provide your group contact with a discount code to submit with your online registration. At the completion of each registration in your group, 10% of the course fees will be deducted and reflected in your payment details.

All materials for the May 2-4, 2017 sessions are available prior to arriving on site on the HM17 at Hand App. SHM strongly encourages that attendees print their materials prior to arriving in Las Vegas, Nevada; there will be NO printing kiosks on site. In addition, please be sure to review the block schedule to maximize your educational experience so that you can plan ahead and attend the sessions that are of interest to you.
Attendees who register by Monday, March 6, 2017 will receive discounted registration for the Pre-Courses and annual meeting. Save money by registering early and online.
The amount of CME credits are not determined at this time. Please check back soon.

After the meeting, an email will be sent to the email you registered with. It will provide you with a link and directions on how to complete the meeting evaluation and receive your CME credits. If you are already a member of SHM, you can simply log into the Learning Portal using your SHM credentials and click on the Activities in Progress tab where you will find the meeting evaluation listed.

Notice of registration cancellation must be made in writing via mail, fax or email. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.

The postmark, fax, or email date will determine your refund as follows:
Full Refund (less $50 administrative fee)
Prior to February 2, 2017
Full Refund (less $100 administrative fee)
Between February 3, 2017 and March 2, 2017
No Refund
After March 2, 2017

HM17 attendees receive a heavily discounted rate of $25 prior to the meeting and can take advantage of this upgrade during the registration process. Pricing will increase on May 1, 2017 and will be available for purchase during, onsite and after the meeting.
