Exhibit Hall Hours:
Installation: Sunday, April 30, 2017, 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. and Monday, May 1, 2017, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Show Hours: Tuesday, May 2, 2017, 9:30 – 3:30 p.m. and Wednesday, May 3, 2017, 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Move out/Dismantle: Wednesday, May 3, 2017, 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. and Thursday, May 4, 2017, 8:00 a.m. – Noon.
HM17’s Official Exhibitor Kit will be available mid-February within the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC). Preferred vendor order forms for Hargrove, Royal Productions, eShow and Mandalay Bay can be found in the kit.

The Exhibitor Service Center (ESC) is SHM’s convenient exhibitor portal. The ESC makes it easy for exhibitors to update their company information, register their booth staff, review the official exhibitor kit, find general exhibiting information and learn more about HM17. Access to the ESC has been granted to the main contact on the exhibit account. If you need access to the ESC, please contact [email protected]
Each exhibitor is allotted (2) complimentary hall badges per 10×10 space. Additional hall badges can be purchased for $75/each. Booth personnel registration is online in the ESC. Once logged into the ESC, proceed to the Exhibit Staff Registration page to register your staff.
The Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is the official headquarters hotel for HM17. To make your hotel reservation at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, please click here. Discount room rates of $226.00 (Mandalay Bay single/double occupancy plus tax and hospitality fee) and $261.00 (The Delano single/double occupancy plus tax and hospitality fee) are available for reservations made on or before March 31, 2017 (or as long as rooms are still available in the block). All reservations made after March 31, 2017, or earlier if the room block becomes sold out, will be confirmed on a space available basis at the prevailing rack rate. to arrange a sub-block within SHM’s rooming block at SHM’s discounted room rate.
Company contacts will receive the pre-conference mailing list four to six weeks prior to the meeting and a post conference mailing list no more than two weeks after the meeting. The lists will include postal mailing addresses only. Mailing pieces should be sent before the annual meeting begins, and the post-meeting list must be sent within a month of the distribution date of the list. Each mailing list is to be used for a one-time mailing, is subject to the terms and conditions that will be included when SHM distributes the list, and must be pre-approved by SHM’s Exhibit Team.
